Where did Jesus say the disciples would be his witnesses in Acts 1:8?

Acts 1:8 records Jesus telling the disciples they would be His witnesses in Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and the uttermost parts of the earth. He said they would receive power after the Holy Spirit came upon them, and then they would be witnesses unto Him.

Les explains that in Acts chapter 1 verse 8, Jesus tells the disciples that although it is not for them to know the times, they will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon them. Les notes this will happen in ten days on Pentecost. That power will make them witnesses unto Him, beginning in Jerusalem, then Judea, then Samaria, and finally in the uttermost parts of the earth. Les emphasizes that "power" is the crucial word in this verse.

Acts 1:8

But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.
