What is the difference between the first baptism and the Holy Spirit's baptism of the Gentile?

The first baptism placed the Jew into the Holy Spirit, or Jesus placed the Jew into the Holy Spirit. In contrast, the Holy Spirit now places the Gentile into Christ, baptizing the believer into Christ without water, so the Gentile is hidden in Christ in God.

Les explains the reversal: first the Holy Spirit placed the Jew into the Holy Spirit, or Jesus placed the Jew into the Holy Spirit. But now the Holy Spirit places the Gentile into Christ. Les supports this with Colossians chapter 3, where the believer is hid in Christ, in God. How did you get in Christ? When the Holy Spirit baptized you into it, and that baptism was not with water.
