What did Les say is buried in the Bible?
All these little tidbits are buried in the Bible. Scripture is not laid out in 8th grade reading form; instead, these little tidbits are hidden and must be discovered by comparing Scripture with Scripture. This design requires careful study, not just casual reading.
Les teaches that the Lord did not just lay out the Bible in 8th grade reading form. Instead, all these little tidbits are buried, and we have to compare Scripture with Scripture. He emphasizes that you should not just read your Bible; you have to learn how to study it. That is why he invites people to grab their Bible and a notepad, take notes, and underline, so they really get involved in Bible study.
