Is the Kingdom immediately after the Tribulation in the Old Testament?

Yes. In the Old Testament program, the Tribulation (verse 5) is followed immediately by the Kingdom (verse 6), with no indication of any gap. The King is set upon the holy hill of Zion, and Scripture leaves no room for a 2,000-year interval between them.

Les explains that the Old Testament presents the Tribulation in verse 5, and immediately following is verse 6, which speaks of the King set upon the holy hill of Zion. There is no indication of any gap between them. He notes that just as the nations, Rome and Jew together, conspired to crucify Christ, God called Him back to heaven (Psalms 110:1), and that will be followed by the wrath and vexation of verse 5, then the Kingdom. The Old Testament looked for all these events to take place one right after the other, leaving no room for a 2,000-year interval.
