What did God promise Israel if they obeyed His covenants?

If Israel obeyed God's covenants, He promised they would be a treasure above all other nations of the world. He also promised they would be a kingdom of priests and a holy, set-apart nation, because the earth belongs to Him.

Les explains in Exodus 19 that God's promise to Israel was conditional: if they were obedient to His covenants, they could be a treasure above all the other nations. God could do this because the earth is His. Verse 6 calls them a kingdom of priests and a holy nation, meaning a set-apart nation. Les emphasizes that every Jew in God's Old Testament program was to have become a priest of God, not just the Levites for tabernacle worship, but as a go-between reaching out to Gentiles.
