When are believers judged or rewarded compared to the Great White Throne?

Believers are judged and receive rewards shortly after the Rapture, before the Great White Throne. The Great White Throne comes after the thousand years and is for unbelievers, bringing every lost individual to answer for deeds done in the flesh. Believers' reward is not at that throne.

Les teaches that the Great White Throne is for unbelievers and comes after the thousand years have ended. At that point, everyone is brought to answer for what they have done in the flesh. Believers, however, have already had their judgment or rewards given out shortly after the Rapture, so their reward is not at the Great White Throne. The lost are brought to see the record and go to their doom, and there will be degrees of punishment. Les illustrates this with Jesus' words to Capernaum: it will be more tolerable for Sodom and Gomorrah in the judgment day, because had Sodom seen the miracles Capernaum saw, they would have repented in sackcloth and ashes.
