What preparations have already been made for the Jewish temple?

Les explains that if you have been to Israel, you have probably gone to the Temple Institute, where the Jewish religious element has everything ready for the reinstitution of temple worship. The garments are hanging on mannequins, and all the instruments needed for sacrificial worship are prepared. All they are waiting for is permission to build their temple. How the Mosque of Omar will be compromised, or whether it will be destroyed by war or nature, is unknown. Les notes that Israel will once again have her temple and temple worship for the first three and a half years, with the Antichrist's approval, and Israel will be elated to have their temple back, because without the temple they are hopeless and anticipating their Messiah.
