When do believers' rewards primarily come to fruition?

Les teaches that rewards for believers are biblical and are based on their Christian walk in this life here on earth. Those rewards are going to come to their fruition primarily in the Kingdom economy—when the Kingdom finally comes on the earth, becomes viable, and becomes active. At that time Christ is the King of kings and Lord of lords, ruling primarily the nation of Israel, which will be the greatest nation going into the Kingdom, and He will also be the worldwide ruler. As believers rule and reign with Him, their level of responsibility will be based on their faithfulness here. Les explains that this is why believers should labor, work, and serve for reward, not for salvation, since salvation cannot be earned. He also notes that most people would rather be active than sitting on the sideline.
