What are the sheep on the King's right hand told to inherit?

The sheep on the King’s right hand are told, “Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.” That kingdom was prepared before the world was created, reflecting God’s foreknowledge of those who would believe.

Les explains that in the analogy the King separates the nations as a shepherd divides sheep from goats, putting the sheep on His right hand. He is already on the throne as King, and His Kingdom is beginning on earth. To those on His right hand—the sheep in the illustration—the King says, “Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.” Les ties this to Ephesians 1: believers were chosen in God’s mind before the foundation of the world. God’s foreknowledge knew which Gentiles would hear the Gospel of the Kingdom from the 144,000 and believe, so the kingdom was prepared before creation. Les also notes this inheritance did not save them; it distinguished them as believers, as shown by their treatment of the hungry, thirsty, and strangers.
