Yes — the earth will be judged during the Tribulation because its inhabitants have defiled it by breaking God's laws and the everlasting covenant.
Isaiah 24 says the Lord will empty the earth, waste it, and turn it upside down (Isaiah 24:1), and that the reason is humanity's transgression of His laws and covenant (Isaiah 24:5). The curse devours the earth and its inhabitants are burned, with only a few men surviving (Isaiah 24:6).
