At Christ's second coming, the nations will first face His fierce judgment and then believing survivors from every nation will enter His kingdom.
Christ returns in glory and power with the armies of heaven to judge and make war. He crushes the residue of the Gentile empires, so the world powers become like chaff. After this judgment, the remnant of Israel and a small number of believing survivors from each Gentile nation will go into the kingdom and become the seed stock for the millennial population.
Revelation 19:11-14 — This is the central New Testament picture of Christ returning to judge and make war against the nations.
Zechariah 14:9-16 — Shows that after the nations are judged, the LORD becomes King over all the earth and survivors of the nations worship Him.
In Revelation 19, heaven opens and a white horse appears. The rider is called Faithful and True, and "in righteousness he doth judge and make war" (Revelation 19:11). He is followed by "the armies which were in heaven" on white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean (Revelation 19:14). This describes the returning Christ coming to execute judgment on the world. Daniel's vision of the great image shows the Gentile empires — iron, clay, brass, silver, and gold — broken to pieces together and becoming like the chaff of the summer threshing floors, carried away by the wind (Daniel 2:35). Zechariah 14:9 declares that on that day "the LORD shall be king over all the earth" and His name one. Zechariah 14:16 then says every one left of all the nations that came against Jerusalem will go up year by year to worship the King, the LORD of hosts. Revelation 22:3 adds that in the eternal state "there shall be no more curse," and the throne of God and of the Lamb will be in the city.
Les emphasizes that the second coming of Christ is completely different from the rapture. The rapture is silent, but at Christ's actual return there will be tremendous judgment and wrath poured out on the planet (Clip 0). He returns descending from heaven in all His glory and power, and as Revelation 19 shows, He judges and makes war, destroying the armies of the world with the armies of heaven following Him (Clip 2). After He has crushed the residue of the Gentile empires and the armies of the Antichrist at Armageddon, every city on the planet will fall; the great world powers become like chaff blown away (Clip 7). Then, only two classes of people go into the Kingdom: the remnant of Israel — the largest single national group — and a small number of surviving believers from each Gentile nation. Les says each of these Gentiles will go back to his homeland and become the believing seed stock for the new generation during the thousand-year reign of Christ (Clip 3). Once His kingdom begins, Christ will be the absolute ruler, and Les describes the rule as a benevolent dictatorship, because Satan is locked up and there is no sin (Clip 3). Nations will continue into eternity, with Israel as head of the nations and Christ as King of kings and Lord of lords; saved nations walk in the light of God and bring their glory into the eternal city (Clips 1, 6).
Yes. Zechariah 14:16 speaks of "every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem" going up to worship the King. Les applies this to the survivors of the Gentile nations — a small number from each nation — who will remain after the wrath is poured out. He calls them the seed stock, believing survivors who will go back to their homelands and populate the kingdom through new generations (Clips 5, 3).

Second Coming Judgment
Christ's actual return brings tremendous judgment and wrath upon the planet, in contrast to the silent rapture.
Nations in Eternity
Nations will continue into eternity; the saved walk in God's light and kings bring honor into the city, showing Christ's headship over nations.
Christ Returns to Make War
Christ returns on a white horse as Faithful and True; He judges and makes war, followed by the armies of heaven, to destroy the world's armies.
Two Classes Enter the Kingdom
Only the remnant of Israel and a small number of believing survivors from each Gentile nation enter the Kingdom; these Gentiles are seed stock for new generations under Christ's rule.
Who Goes Into the Kingdom? What the Bible Really Says
Now then, here's the second coming. Christ is returning with glory and power. This group of Jews who I maintain go out in unbelief so far as Christ as the Messiah and the King, remember they're going to give glory to God as they see the event, but they're still in unbelief so far as Christ is concerned.
The LORD King Over All Nations
Zechariah 14 shows the LORD shall be King over all the earth, and every survivor from the nations that came against Jerusalem will worship the King.
Nations Under God's Throne
In Revelation 22 nations remain with Israel as head and Christ as King of kings, with no more curse and God's throne at the center.
Gentile Empires Crushed
At His return Christ crushes the residue of the Gentile empires and the armies of the Antichrist; the world powers become like chaff blown away.
Revelation 19:11: And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.
This is the primary description of the returning Christ as Judge and Warrior against the nations.

Describes the eternal state where nations continue under the throne of God and the Lamb.
Les teaches that the survivors entering the kingdom are believers. The remnant of Israel is preserved, and the surviving Gentiles from each nation are described as believers who will become the seed stock for new generations. Since Christ rules absolutely and Satan is locked up, the kingdom begins with a believing population (Clip 3).
