Yes — the Revived Roman Empire is the final Gentile empire of biblical prophecy, revived in the end times and headed by the Antichrist.
Les explains that the ancient Roman empire fell in on itself, but Daniel was shown it would come back on the scene as the fourth beast with ten horns. The ten horns are ten nations from which the little horn, the Antichrist, will arise after three nations lose their identity. The deadly wound healed refers to Rome's collapse and revival, not to a gunshot wound on the Antichrist.

In Nebuchadnezzar's dream, Daniel saw a great image with a head of fine gold, breast and arms of silver, belly and thighs of brass, legs of iron, and feet part of iron and part of clay (Daniel 2:31-33). Daniel 7 records a parallel vision of four beasts, with a fourth beast described as dreadful and terrible, strong exceedingly, having great iron teeth and ten horns (Daniel 7:7). Revelation 13 then shows a beast that combines the attributes of a leopard, a bear, and a lion — echoing the earlier world empires — and whose deadly head wound is healed (Revelation 13:2-3).
Les Feldick teaches that the image in Daniel 2 is a preview of the great Gentile empires that had a direct relationship with Israel: Babylon, the Medes and Persians, Greece, and Rome. He says all the residue of those ancient empires comes back together in the revival of the fourth empire, which is Rome. The fourth beast of Daniel 7 with its ten horns and the ten toes of Nebuchadnezzar's vision point to the same end-time empire.

Therefore, the Bible has been looking forward to the end time when the Roman Empire would be revived. Les sees the European Community as that revival, even mentioning a beast logo on its currency.
