Believers enter the Kingdom as flesh-and-blood people, live under Christ's perfect rule, have children, and their descendants are tested when Satan is loosed.

These people enter as flesh-and-blood humans, and they will have children and work during the Kingdom. Because Satan is locked up and there is no sin, the Kingdom will be like the Garden of Eden — no death, no sickness, tremendous prosperity, and a population explosion. However, every new generation born in that Kingdom still has the Adamic nature. They do not need salvation while under Christ's rule, but when Satan is loosed at the end of the thousand years, they will be tested. Les also emphasizes that even though Revelation gives the Kingdom a thousand-year time frame, God's Kingdom itself is never destroyed and the new earth and heaven will continue with the same circumstances.
Les teaches that two classes of people enter the Kingdom: the remnant of Israel, which will be the largest national group, and surviving believers out of the Gentile nations. He says these are believers who will be the 'seed stock' for a new generation of people during the thousand-year reign of Christ. Les adds that he personally believes each Gentile will go back to his or her homeland, but he admits he cannot prove that from Scripture.
Les describes the citizens of the Kingdom as normal flesh-and-blood people who will have children, work, and produce, but in the absence of sin and the absence of the adversary, under the perfect righteous rule of Christ. He calls it the epitome of everything man could dream of. Life will be like the Garden of Eden: tremendous prosperity, food production, ideal climate, no sin, no death, and Satan locked up. This produces a tremendous increase in population from all Gentile nations and Israel.
Les says every new generation born during the Millennium still has the Adamic nature, but because Satan is locked up and sin is absent, these children do not need salvation while they are under the King's rule. As the end of the thousand years approaches, they will have to make a choice. Satan is then loosed for a season to test the new generations. Les calls the Millennium the seventh period of testing of the human race.
Les notes that Revelation puts a thousand-year time element on the Kingdom, and that is why it is called the Millennium. But he is careful to point out that this does not mean the Kingdom is temporary in an eternal sense. The thousand years end through the providential acts of a sovereign God, and all creation goes through great turmoil, yet when the new heaven and new earth come, they will have the same set of circumstances. He also cites Daniel's words that God will set up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed.
