The Hebrew would read it Jehovah Raph, if I'm not mistaken, and it's the LORD is my shepherd. I don't believe I'm going to make it. Here again Jeremiah is looking forward to the Kingdom, and in verse 6 he writes, In his days Judah shall be saved, Israel shall dwell safely, and this is his name, whereby he shall be called the LORD our righteousness. In Hebrew it would be Jehovah Sidkenu.

I think the last one I can remember is Jehovah-Sidkenu, which is translated Jehovah, our righteousness. Now these are all names of deity that were intrinsic with God's dealing with Israel.
