The Antichrist will emerge from the ten-nation form of the revived Roman Empire.
Daniel 7 shows a little horn rising up among the ten horns of the final beast, and Les Feldick identifies these ten nations as Western Europe's evolving united states. He teaches that when these nations are organized and turmoil fills Europe, a strong man will step forward—the Antichrist.
Daniel 7:7-8 — Daniel sees a fourth beast with ten horns, and a little horn coming up among them—the emergence of the Antichrist.
Daniel 11:21 — Describes the Antichrist as a vile person who comes in peaceably and by flatteries.
Revelation 13:3 — Shows the deadly wound of the Roman Empire healed, pointing to its revival in the end times.
In Daniel 7, the prophet sees four beasts representing Gentile empires. The fourth beast is the Roman Empire, and it has ten horns. As Daniel considers these horns, another little horn comes up among them, before whom three of the first horns are plucked up by the roots. This little horn has eyes like the eyes of a man and a mouth speaking great things. Daniel 11:21 speaks of a vile person who will stand up and obtain the kingdom by peace and flatteries. In Revelation 13:3, John sees one of the beast's heads as it were wounded to death, and the deadly wound was healed, indicating a revival of the empire.
Les Feldick teaches that the Antichrist will come out of the geographical area of the old Roman Empire, which he personally believes is Western Europe. He points to the existing Western European Parliament, a common currency unit (ECU), and a ready-to-implement constitution as evidence that the ten-nation structure is already in place. Les sees the little horn of Daniel 7 as the Antichrist, rising out of the ten nations. He interprets the three horns plucked up as three smaller nations losing their identity to the other seven, and from the remaining seven the Antichrist will emerge. He also teaches that once these ten nations feel they have their act together, Europe's turmoil will make the time ripe for a strong man to appear—the Antichrist. Additionally, Les believes the deadly wound healed in Revelation 13 refers to the revival of the Roman Empire, not to the Antichrist being assassinated and raised back to life.

He acknowledges other views—such as the Middle East or Mediterranean—but insists that the prophetic text points to the old Roman Empire, now taking shape as a federated United States of Europe.

He also notes that the European Community has its own currency unit (ECU) registered on world markets, and that the whole constitution of Western Europe is ready to be implemented. To Les, these are signs that the ten-nation structure is nearly in place.

Les shows that Daniel sees the same Gentile history as Nebuchadnezzar's dream, with the fourth beast representing the Roman Empire.
Ten Horns and the Antichrist's Origin
Les explicitly says out of the ten nations (horns) the Antichrist will come, and notes a Western European parliament already exists.
The Geographical Origin
Les places the Antichrist's origin in the old Roman Empire, personally believing it will be Western Europe, and says he will come peaceably with flatteries.

But never lose sight of the fact that the Antichrist is going to come out of the geographical area of the old Roman Empire. Now we'll see that in a few weeks when we get to Daniel chapter 9. I personally think he'll come from Western Europe. Others think he may come from the Middle East or the Mediterranean, but be that as it may, he's going to come from some place out of that old Roman Empire.
The Little Horn Among the Ten
Les identifies the little horn as the Antichrist from these ten nations, with three smaller ones losing their identity, and he comes from the remaining seven.
The United States of Europe
Les expects the Antichrist to come out of the federated United States of Europe, the revived Roman Empire.
Signs the Structure Is Ready
Les points to the ECU currency and ready constitution, and projects that once the ten nations are organized, turmoil will make the time ripe for a strong man—the Antichrist.
Power and the Revived Empire
Les says the Antichrist receives power from Satan and takes over the ten nations; the wounded head is the revived Roman Empire, not the Antichrist's assassination.
Daniel 7:7: After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns.
The fourth beast with ten horns represents the Roman Empire and its final ten-nation form, from which the Antichrist emerges.
Daniel 7:8: I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things.

This shows the deadly wound healed, which Les relates to the revival of the Roman Empire.

Les does not think so. He believes the wounding to death is the ancient Roman Empire—historically considered dead—coming back as if nothing had happened in the interim. He does not believe the Antichrist himself will be assassinated and raised back to life.
