What does the first resurrection consist of?

The first resurrection consists of three categories of believers: the firstfruits—Christ and those who arose at His resurrection; the main harvest—church-age believers; and the Old Testament saints, who are raised after the kingdom begins. These together comprise the first resurrection of believers, while the lost are not resurrected until after the kingdom ends.

Les teaches that every resurrected person belongs either to the lost, to Daniel’s company of Old Testament saints, or to Paul’s company, the body of Christ. He qualifies the first resurrection as the firstfruits—those who came out at the resurrection and Christ Himself, the firstfruit—then the main harvest, the church-age believer, and then the Old Testament saints, who rise sometime after the kingdom has begun and are like wedding guests at the marriage supper of the Lamb. Those three categories of believers make up the first resurrection of believers. Tribulation saints are in a separate resurrection or translation, not a general resurrection, and the lost are not resurrected until after the kingdom has ended.
