How deep is the river of blood in Revelation 14:20?

Revelation 14:20 describes the winepress blood flowing out to the horse's bridles, which is explained as a river of water and blood three to four feet deep. Its length extends 1,600 furlongs, about 180 miles, reaching from the valleys north of Jerusalem down to the Red Sea.

Les explains that Revelation 14 finishes the grape vat analogy. Just as vineyard keepers trample grapes in vats, God brings the world's armies to the Middle East and tramples them with the final plague of hailstones. These troops are pictured in tents, unable to survive hundred-pound hailstones, and are squashed like grapes. Verse 20 says the winepress was trodden without the city, in the valleys north of Jerusalem. Blood comes out of the winepress to the horse's bridles, depending on the size of the horse, a river of water and blood three to four feet deep. It flows 1,600 furlongs, about 180 miles, the distance down to the Red Sea, as the melting hail crushed millions of men and melts in the Middle Eastern heat, producing a literal river of blood as deep as the horse's bridles.

Revelation 14:20

And the winepress was trodden without the city, and blood came out of the winepress, even unto the horse bridles, by the space of a thousand and six hundred furlongs.
