Will the bowl judgments happen gradually or all at once?

The bowl judgments will not be poured out gradually or dribbled over time; they will come all at once. The image is a shallow soup bowl rather than a narrow-necked bottle, so its contents empty instantaneously. The whole planet will receive the entire bowl judgment in one quick strike.

Les explains that the final seven judgments in chapter 15 are called vials in the King James, or bowl judgments. The name pictures a flat, rather shallow soup bowl, not a Coke bottle. If someone pours out a soup bowl, the time element is instantaneous compared with pouring from a narrow-neck bottle. Therefore these bowl judgments are not dribbled out; they are literally just going to be indulged, and the whole planet will receive this whole bowl judgment at one quick strike.
