What causes the 144,000 Jewish men to be sealed and commissioned?

The preaching of the two witnesses sent to the nation of Israel at the beginning causes the 144,000 young Jewish men to be sealed and commissioned. By virtue of their preaching, these men go out worldwide to proclaim the gospel of the kingdom, the good news that the King is coming.

Les teaches that at the very same opening, God sends two witnesses to Israel in the area of Jerusalem. Though many name them Elijah and Moses or Elijah and Enoch, since Scripture does not name them, Les does not. Out of the preaching of those two witnesses at the beginning, the 144,000 young Jewish men are sealed and commissioned to go out and take the gospel of the kingdom around the world. The gospel of the kingdom is the good news that the King is coming; they will be saved on the merit of the cross, but the message is that the King is coming. Later, the two witnesses who come on the scene, by virtue of their preaching, cause the 144,000 to begin going around the world preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and the witnesses will be put to death.
