Does Jesus mention the church age in this tribulation prophecy?
No. In this tribulation prophecy, Jesus makes no mention of the church age. He skips over it, moving from His own ministry directly to the seven-year tribulation period. During that time, the 144,000 will proclaim the gospel of the kingdom, and the King is coming.
Les explains that this verse is spoken by Jesus Himself, and again there is no mention of the church age. He skips over it from His ministry to the tribulation. But during that seven-year period, the 144,000 young Jewish men will preach to the world and proclaim the gospel of the kingdom. The King is coming.
