Is the entire book of Ezekiel written in symbolic prophecy?

Ezekiel is called a book that is all prophecy spoken in symbolism. Its visions, such as the river from the sanctuary and the healed Dead Sea, are symbolic prophecy, while the passage still treats the future Kingdom and Christ's return as real physical elements.

Les explains that Ezekiel is another book that is all prophecy spoken in symbolism. In Ezekiel 47, he points to a river coming out from under the sanctuary in Jerusalem, similar to Zechariah. When the Kingdom is set up and Christ has returned, fishermen will stand on the Dead Sea from En Gedi, the waters will be healed, and fish will be abundant like those of the Mediterranean. Les notes these are physical elements, tying the symbolic prophecy to a future literal Kingdom.
