Which empire came after Greece in Daniel's vision?

In Daniel's vision, the empire that arose after Greece was the Roman Empire. The Grecian empire, depicted as a leopard with four wings and four heads, fell, and then the Roman Empire emerged, described as dreadful, terrible, and exceedingly strong.

Les teaches that in Daniel's vision, after the Grecian empire falls, the next empire is the Roman. He explains that the Grecian empire was pictured as a leopard, swift like Alexander the Great, with four wings and four heads representing the four generals who took over after Alexander died. Then in verse 7, Daniel describes the Roman empire as dreadful, terrible, and exceedingly strong, which history confirms.

Daniel 7:7

After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns.

Does Revelation describe the final world empire with the same imagery as Daniel?

John uses the same kind of 'beastly' language that Daniel used for the end-time empires, and that empire is going to end up with ten horns, that is, ten nations.
