Why is there so much confusion in Christianity about Israel and the Gentiles?
Confusion exists because people fail to distinguish between God's determined plan for the nation of Israel and what He did after Israel rejected that plan, when He turned to the Gentiles apart from Israel. These matters cannot be put together clearly without understanding the Abrahamic covenant in Genesis chapter 12.
Les explains that the reason there is so much confusion in Christendom is that folk cannot differentiate between what God has determined to do with the nation of Israel and what He did after Israel rejected all that when He turned to the Gentile, aside from Israel. He stresses that these things cannot be put together clearly unless one understands the Abrahamic covenant, and so he spends a good deal of time on it. In Genesis chapter 12, verses 2 and 3, the covenant is located, and a covenant is always from God to man.
