What does it mean that God is omnipresent?
God being omnipresent means He is present everywhere; no location exists where He is not. Scripture illustrates that even in the deepest hell or highest heavens, God is there. The expanding universe never extends beyond Him, so no place can be found outside His presence.
Les explains that after omniscience, the next attribute is omnipresent: you cannot go anywhere and God is there. He points to David in the Psalms, who said if he goes to the deepest hell, God is there, and if he goes to the highest heavens, God is there. Les also notes that astronomers feel the universe is expanding outward, but it never goes beyond God. This leads into God being infinite: no place can be comprehended beyond the God of this book.
