What is the gospel Paul said he delivered first of all in 1 Corinthians 15?

Paul delivered the message he had received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, was buried, and rose again the third day according to the Scriptures. This is the gospel—the good news of Christ's redemptive death and resurrection, which believers confess and believe for salvation.

Les explains that in 1 Corinthians 15 Paul says, "I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received," namely that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures. That death was in the predetermined counsel mentioned in Acts chapter 2. Paul then adds that He was buried and rose again the third day according to the Scriptures. Les says, "Now that's the Gospel." He connects this to Romans 10:9-10: confessing with the mouth the Lord Jesus and believing in the heart that God raised Him from the dead brings salvation. Les also notes that Christ the Son of God, Creator of the Universe, went to the cross, shed His blood, paid the price of redemption, and rose from the dead.
