What is not mentioned in Ephesians, Philippians, and Colossians after Paul's jump to higher truths?

After the jump to higher truths, Ephesians, Philippians, and Colossians contain no mention of a Jew or the Old Testament. Not one word from the Old Testament appears, and the Jew is not mentioned once, marking a shift to the Gentile after Acts 28.

Les explains that after making a big jump up to a plateau above Romans, Corinthians, and Galatians, the prison epistles Ephesians, Philippians, and Colossians follow the same format: Ephesians is a higher level of doctrine, Philippians a higher level of reproof, and Colossians a higher level of correction. Once the jump is made into higher or deeper spiritual truths, there is no longer any mention, not once, of a Jew or the Old Testament. After Acts 28 and the statement “from henceforth we turn to the Gentile,” not another word in these inspired letters comes out of the Old Testament, and the Jew is not mentioned once.
