How long was the period from the start of Paul's missionary journeys until he went to prison, and when did he go to prison?

From the start of Paul's missionary journeys around 40 A.D. until he went to prison was about 25 years. He went to prison probably in 64 or 65 A.D. This period began as he labored from Antioch in Syria and into Asia Minor.

Les explains that Paul's missionary journeys began out of Palestine, or the land of Israel, up into Asia Minor, beginning about 40 A.D. and around the city of Antioch in Syria. He notes that from 40 A.D. until Paul goes to prison, probably in 64 or 65 A.D., was a period of about 25 years. During those years Paul constantly appealed to the Jew on the basis of the Old Testament, and he also wrote Romans, the Book of Doctrine.
