How did the Book of Romans get to Rome?

Paul sent the Book of Romans to Rome from Corinth with Phoebe, a lady, and others traveled with some of his friends, including Titus and Timothy. He wrote as the Holy Spirit inspired him and sent the letter by courier to the churches.

Les explains that Paul wrote as the Holy Spirit inspired him, fired the letter off to the various churches by courier, and sent the Book of Romans to Rome from Corinth with Phoebe, a lady, and others went with some of his friends, Titus and Timothy and so forth. Les also notes that Paul likely did not know his writings would become the Canon of Scripture, but whether he knew it or not, he put it out under the format of first doctrine, then reproof, then correction, and then instruction in righteousness.
