Where did Paul travel on his first and second missionary journeys?

Paul’s first missionary journey took him from Antioch up into Asia Minor, to Antioch of Pisidia, Derbe, and Lystra. On his second journey he traveled all the way over to Greece, including Athens and Thessalonica. These travels are associated with his early letters, beginning around A.D. 40.

Les explains that Paul’s early missionary travels began when he left Antioch and went up into Asia Minor, to Antioch of Pisidia, Derbe, and Lystra. Later, on his second journey, Paul went all the way over to Greece, including Athens and Thessalonica. Les places the start around A.D. 40, after Paul returned from three years of instruction with the Lord at Mount Sinai. During these early travels, Paul wrote letters that became Romans, 1 and 2 Corinthians, and Galatians.
