Why does Paul refer constantly to the mysteries and secrets kept in God's mind?

Paul refers constantly to mysteries and secrets kept in God's mind because the doctrines of grace revealed to him were previously unknown. Until Paul came, these truths remained hidden within God's eternal foreknowledge and determinate counsel, which God had known from eternity past and then revealed through the apostle Paul.

Les explains that God's determinate counsel and foreknowledge knew everything from eternity past, even events far ahead. The context states that after Christ's finished work, resurrection, forty days of appearances, and ascension, God revealed to the apostle Paul all these doctrines of grace. Until Paul came, they were unknown; therefore, Paul refers constantly to the mysteries, the secrets that were kept in the mind of God.
