Where are we now in relation to what Galatians 3:23 reveals?
We are now in the period after the Law, after grace was revealed through the apostle Paul. Galatians 3:23 is the last word revealed, and that is exactly where we are. These things are now clearly put in place, following the Law age from 1500 B.C. until about A.D. 37-38.

God then opened the windows of heaven of grace through the apostle Paul, revealing secrets kept in His mind throughout the Old Testament economy. So Galatians 3:23 is the last word revealed, and that is where we are now—a time when these things are clearly put in place. This follows the Law period from 1500 B.C. until Paul came in about A.D. 37-38, when everything was under Law, not faith plus nothing. Now grace has been revealed, and these verses are exactly where we are coming from, including Romans 15:4.
But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed.
