Where in the Bible do we see the teaching that you must be circumcised to be saved?

Scripture records this teaching in Acts chapter 15, verse 1, where men from Judea came to Antioch and taught that unless you are circumcised after the manner of Moses, you cannot be saved. The same error is repeated in verse 5 by believing Pharisees.

Les explains that the whole reason for the letter to the Galatians was that false teaching was submarining the churches, saying you cannot be saved by faith plus nothing but must keep the Law of Moses. He directs us to Acts chapter 15, starting at verse 1, where Luke records that certain men came down from Judea to Antioch and taught the brethren, "Except you be circumcised after the manner of Moses, you cannot be saved." Les emphasizes that this is in your Bible. Then in verse 5, the same teaching is repeated by Pharisees who had become believers, showing this was indeed the problem.

Acts 15:1

And certain men which came down from Judaea taught the brethren, and said, Except ye be circumcised after the manner of Moses, ye cannot be saved.
