Who was Colossians 2:14 written to?

Paul wrote Colossians 2:14 to Gentile believers in Asia Minor, the same kind of Gentiles he addressed elsewhere. It was not written to those under the 613 rules and regulations that Judaism had become, but to Gentile Christians in that region.

Les explains that Colossians 2:14 was written by the same apostle, Paul, to the same kind of Gentiles up in Asia Minor. This follows his discussion of how Judaism had degenerated from the Ten Commandments and the Torah into 613 rules and regulations. Les calls the language of Colossians 2:14 beautiful and hopes the New Versions do not remove it.
