What was one of the 613 rules of the Law in Christ's day?

One of the 613 rules and regulations of the Law in Christ’s day was a Sabbath-day walking limit: a person could walk only so many furlongs on the Sabbath. This stipulation reflected how the Law had become a collection of rules and regulations.

Les explains that over the 1500 years from the giving of the Law on Mount Sinai, Israel’s Law became watered down and degenerated until it consisted of 613 rules and regulations. One example he gives is that they could only walk so many furlongs on the Sabbath day, along with all these stipulations. By Christ’s day, the Law had become a religion, Judaism, with no saving power, though a few true believers remained.
