Was Paul's apostleship for Israel's benefit or for the Gentiles?

Paul's apostleship was for the Gentiles' benefit. In the Old Testament everything was for Israel, but Paul's apostleship was for Gentiles. God revealed the doctrines of grace to Paul, and he took them primarily to Gentiles, though he went to the Jew first and then turned to Gentiles when rejected.

Les explains that in the Old Testament everything was for Israel's benefit, but this man's apostleship is for our benefit as Gentiles. The dispensation or administration of the grace of God was given to Paul for us. God revealed to the apostle Paul these doctrines of grace, and unlike Moses who gave them to Israel and Israel alone, Paul takes them primarily to the Gentiles. He did go to the Jew first, always making his opening in the synagogue, but when they rejected it, he went down the street to the Gentiles. So Paul was given the grace of God and gave it to us as Gentiles. Galatians chapter 1 and verse 10 reinforces that if he pleased men, he could not be that bond slave of Christ.
