Is Paul's writing in 2 Corinthians just his own opinion or Spirit-inspired?

Paul’s writing in 2 Corinthians is not merely his own opinion or human spirit; it is Holy Spirit inspired, the inspired Word of God. Even passages such as his “I suppose” in chapter 11 are Scripture, written under the Spirit’s inspiration, not personal speculation.

Les explains that Paul continually defended his apostleship because Judaizers attacked him, claiming he was an imposter, a turncoat, and lacked authority since he had not walked with Christ for three years like Peter. In 2 Corinthians 11:5 Paul says he was not a whit behind the chiefest apostles. Les stresses this is Holy Spirit inspired—not just Paul writing from his own spirit, but the inspired Word of God. Similarly in 11:22-23, Paul compares himself as Hebrew, Israelite, seed of Abraham, and minister of Christ, and though it sounds boastful, he knows he is inspired by the Spirit to write “I am more.” Therefore his writing carries divine authority, not mere personal opinion.
