What chapter of the Bible outlines the Old Testament prophetic program?

Psalms chapter 2 outlines the Old Testament prophetic program. It is described as the outline of the prophetic program, presenting the Old Testament prophets, Psalms, and writers as looking forward to the First Advent of Christ, His birth at Bethlehem, and His coming to the nation of Israel.

Les teaches that Psalms chapter 2 is the outline of the prophetic program. He explains that after the first 11 chapters of Genesis, which cover Adam, the Flood, and the Tower of Babel, comes the call of Abraham and the appearance of the nation of Israel. Then 500 years later comes Moses, the Exodus, and the Law. The rest of the Old Testament writers, prophets, and Psalms prophetically look forward to the First Advent of Christ, His birth at Bethlehem, and His coming to Israel. In Psalms chapter 2, Les calls this the outline of the prophetic program and reads the first four or five verses.
