Who reveals the post-resurrection doctrines and revelations in the Bible?

Paul is the only one who reveals the post-resurrection doctrines and revelations. These truths come from the ascended Lord and become the primary focus of believing. Although Paul once knew Christ after the flesh, after Damascus and Arabia he no longer presents Christ only in His earthly ministry.

Les explains that these revelations from the ascended Lord are being totally neglected in much preaching and teaching, yet they are to be the believer’s primary role of believing. He points to Paul, formerly Saul of Tarsus, the persecutor and religious Pharisee, who knew about Jesus of Nazareth and His ministry. After Paul’s revelations on the road to Damascus and down in Arabia, he no longer refers to Christ in His earthly ministry. Les notes that Paul does not mention the virgin birth or Bethlehem because those truths were already established in earlier revelations. When it comes to post-resurrection doctrines and revelations, Paul is the only one who reveals these precious truths. Believing this—that the crucified and risen Christ is now the object of faith—makes a person a new creation, with old things passed away and all things become new.
