Who will appear before the great white throne judgment in Revelation 20?

Revelation 20 shows that every unbeliever—from Cain until the last unbeliever at the end of the ages—will appear before the great white throne. John saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, with the Lord Jesus Christ as Judge. Christians will not be there; this judgment is only for the lost.

Les explains that although all the world's sins are forgiven and atoned for by Christ's blood, the lost person who spurns it and turns back in unbelief will still give an account for everything done in the body as a lost person. Revelation 20 describes this great white throne judgment. Every unbeliever from Cain until the last one at the end of the ages will come before it. John says he saw the dead, small and great, stand before God, and the Judge is the Lord Jesus Christ. This is not the bema seat where Christians will be; it is only for the lost and unbelievers. Christians will not be at the great white throne, nor will they see loved ones who may come up there as unbelievers.

Revelation 20:12

And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
