How does the manuscript order of Paul's epistles differ from that of the Gospels and little epistles?

The manuscript order of Paul's epistles differs in that, among existing New Testament manuscripts, the Gospels and the little epistles appear in various orders, while Paul's epistles always occur in the same identical order, from Romans through Hebrews, indicating the Holy Spirit preserved their placement.

Les explains that the four Gospels depict Christ under the Law, whereas believers are under Grace, and Paul was called as the Apostle of the Gentiles and inspired to write the biggest part of the New Testament. He points out that in existing manuscripts, the Gospels and the little epistles at the end appear in various orders, but Paul's epistles are always in the same identical order. Les sees this as the Holy Spirit hovering over that part of the New Testament so no one could fool with it, keeping it exactly where it belongs, from Romans through Hebrews.
