Were the cherubim in the tabernacle linen embroidered or woven?

The cherubim in the tabernacle linen were woven, not embroidered, directly into the fabric. The inner linen was hand-woven, and the cherubim-like angelic beings were woven into it along with blue, purple, red, and white, visible from either side of that material.

Les explains that after the wood frame was set up, the inside of the tabernacle was beautiful hand-woven linen. Woven throughout it were the colors blue, purple, red, and white, along with little cherubim-like creatures, angelic beings. He emphasizes that they were woven, now not embroidered. One commentary he read long ago thought the construction was such that those cherubims could be seen from either side of that material, because they were just woven right into the fabric of all that beautiful linen.
