What is the mountain of God in Exodus 19?

In Exodus 19, the mountain of God is Mount Sinai, located in the wilderness of Sinai. Israel camped before it after leaving Rephidim, and Moses went up into the mount to God. The Lord called to him out of the mountain, speaking to the house of Jacob and the children of Israel.

Les explains that Exodus 19 opens with the children of Israel in the third month, the month of June, going forth out of Egypt and coming the same day to the wilderness of Sinai. They were right down at the base of the old mountain itself, the mountain of God, after departing from Rephidim and pitching in the wilderness. Israel camped before the mount, and Moses went up into the mount unto God. The Lord called unto him out of the mountain, telling him to say to the house of Jacob and tell the children of Israel that they had seen what He did to the Egyptians, drowning them in the Red Sea, and how He bore them on eagles' wings and brought them unto Himself.

Exodus 19:2

For they were departed from Rephidim, and were come to the desert of Sinai, and had pitched in the wilderness; and there Israel camped before the mount.
