Where was Saul of Tarsus when God revealed the mysteries to him?

The context describes God placing Saul of Tarsus at that same Mount Sinai in Arabia, where He gave him not the tables of stone but the revelation of the mysteries. This mirrors Moses receiving the law at Sinai, yet with a different purpose and message.

Les explains that just as Moses came down Mount Sinai with the law and gave it to Israel, 1567 years later God does much the same thing but totally different. He has Saul of Tarsus at that same Mount Sinai in Arabia, and there gives him not the tables of stone but the revelation of the mysteries. Les notes that God does not tell him to go back to Jerusalem and give it to Israel, and he connects this to Ephesians 3, where Paul prays for Gentile believers, a prayer still valid for us.
