No. We are not in the tribulation yet, by no stretch of the imagination, but everything is bringing us closer and closer. Modern technology, including computers and the internet, is making Revelation's prophecies more imminent, though Scripture does not say the Antichrist will use it, only that he could.

The Antichrist could never put his thumb on every human being on earth without the computer, but he will be able to if he wants to. He could bring up data on an individual in Timbuktu by pushing a button and have everything he wants to know. The internet especially means there is no place to hide. Les also stresses that what the Old Testament prophets, Jesus, and Peter spoke was directed to the nation of Israel and His Second Coming, never to the rapture of the Church.
