Are the truths revealed to Paul found in the Old Testament or the Gospels?
The truths revealed to Paul are not found in the Old Testament or the Gospels. They are a new revelation, the Mystery, kept secret since the world began. While they build on what went before, they were never prophesied and are distinct from Christ's ministry and Peter's activity in Acts.
Les teaches that the doctrines and truths revealed to Paul are not in the Old Testament, not in Christ's earthly ministry, and not in Peter's activity in the Book of Acts. They constitute a whole new revelation—the Mystery—kept secret since the world began, as Paul writes in Romans 16:25. Though this revelation builds on everything that went before, it was never prophesied. That is why Les teaches the Old Testament and the Gospels just as much as the Pauline letters, while recognizing the distinct new revelation given to Paul.
