What is the positive side of Romans 6:13 after not yielding your members to sin?

The positive side is to yield yourselves unto God as those who are alive from the dead, and to yield your members as instruments of righteousness unto God. Rather than giving your body to the old Adam and sin, you present yourself to God to be what He wants you to be.

Les explains that Romans 6:13 first commands believers not to yield their members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin, which he identifies as the old Adam, the old sin nature. The flip side is positive: yield yourselves unto God as those alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God. This is not forced obedience; God gives free will and does not take anyone by the nap of the neck. Instead, the indwelling Spirit constantly urges. Paul's “I die daily” in I Corinthians 15 also reflects constant physical pressure and suffering, and the Lord had promised Paul would suffer for His name's sake.

Romans 6:13

Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.
