What other Scriptures agree with Daniel's prophecy about the final seven years?
Daniel's prophecy about the final seven years agrees with the rest of Old Testament prophecy, with what Paul writes in Thessalonians, and with what John reveals in the book of Revelation. These all speak of the final seven years when God deals with Israel again on the basis of His covenant promises.
Les explains that Daniel 12:7’s time, times, and half a time—three and a half years—is right in accord with all the rest of Old Testament prophecy, as well as what Paul writes in Thessalonians and what John reveals in Revelation. Les teaches this all speaks of the final seven years when Israel will come to the place where God is dealing with them again on the basis of His covenant promises. Daniel heard but understood not, and Les notes this is an appropriate verse for us today.
