Does Peter in Acts connect salvation with Jesus' death, burial, and resurrection?

No, Peter does not connect salvation with Jesus’ death, burial, and resurrection in Acts. He presents Jesus as the Christ whom they crucified, but whom God raised from the dead, and who could still fulfill the Old Testament promises because He was alive.

Les explains that in Acts, Peter preaches to Jewish crowds, as in chapter 3 after the lame man’s healing. Peter identifies the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, says He glorified His son Jesus, and reminds them they delivered Him up before Pilate and killed the Prince of life, but God raised Him from the dead. Crucially, Les points out that Peter never associates salvation with Jesus’ death, burial, and resurrection. Peter’s claim is that Jesus was the Christ, they crucified Him, but God raised Him, and He could still fulfill all the Old Testament promises because He was alive.
