Who does Peter address in Acts 2:22?

Peter addresses the men of Israel—Jews gathered at the temple complex on the day of Pentecost, who had come from all over the then-known world. The text does not include Gentiles; it says "ye men of Israel," showing the message was directed specifically to Israel.

Most have been programmed to think it should say, "...ye men of Israel, and all you Gentiles," but it does not; it does not include a single Gentile. This fits the early chapters of Acts, where God, through Peter and the other 11 apostles, still gives Israel the opportunity to repent of crucifying their King and to have the King and Kingdom if they believe.
