Can God save Gentiles?

Yes, God can save Gentiles whenever He chooses. In the context, Jonah was sent to Nineveh, a Gentile city, showing God's willingness. The Canaanite woman asked for crumbs from the master's table, implying Gentiles could receive blessing. Paul's mention of Gentiles caused a riot, but Isaiah shows Israel was intended to evangelize Gentiles.

Les explains that God can save Gentiles when He wants to, as shown in Jonah, where God told Jonah to go to Nineveh, but Jonah went west because he thought those Gentiles had nothing to do with his God. God dealt with him, brought him back to shore, and sent him to Nineveh. The Canaanite woman asked if dogs could eat crumbs from the master's table, implying Gentiles might receive a few crumbs, though Jews were in the place of privilege and had the Word of God. Les points out that when Paul came back after his missionary journeys among the Gentiles and spoke the word Gentiles in Acts, a riot occurred. Isaiah reveals God's whole intent and purpose was that Israel as a kingdom of priests would at one time go and evangelize those Gentiles, a thought repeated in Isaiah chapter 2.
